Three months after I purchased my Accord, I had to come in for an oil change and that's when Ms. Humes began to help me with the maintenance on my car. From that day until now, she has presented herself as a professional representative of your company. She's kind and always displays a positive attitude while making sure you understand everything that needs to be done to your car. Having a pleasant and knowledgeable person wait on you makes the experience all seem worth it even if you have to speed large sums of money. These days, having felt like you got your money's worth, is very rare.
