I recently (2 weeks ago) bought a 2010 CRV EXL at this dealership and I am a first time buyer. I had a great experience not only working with the internet department and getting the car for the price I wa dealership and I am a first time buyer. I had a great experience not only working with the internet department and getting the car for the price I wanted, but the entire buying process was easy and stress free. I did not feel pressured or harrassed as I did when I visited other dealerships in the area, and also didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of being a single female. Because I naturally take a while to make a decision (especially when talking about this sort of money), I did my research online and received quotes from other dealerships over the course of a couple weeks. I brought this information in and they worked with my numbers giving me the best price. Andrew was was awesome-funny, professional, and very personable. He really made the whole car buying experience a great one for me. John Davis (who also worked in the internet sales department) was also very nice and professional. I felt that every staff member I dealt with was genuine and not trying to "get one over on me". I have always heard horror stories about getting into the last stages of buying, walking into the finance dept and having a bad experience, but Tharius was awesome-he was honest, respected my decision not to want to spend the extra money on a couple of options, and made the paperwork process easy-peasy. The only SLIGHT disappointment I had was not being able to get a better deal in the accessories department. I would have loved to get a remote starter/security upgrade but there wasn't much flexibility on the price. This could not be the fault of the staff-I have no idea if they have wiggle room on that or not. I just read somewhere that you could negotiate in this department, so thought I would try. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would recommend this dealership and the staff I worked with to anyone. I love my CRV and have no regrets! I use whenever possible the discount coupons I receive from the Honda Dealership which make my final prices for service very reasonable. I consider this to be a great savings. Also, everyone I come in contact with while waiting for my car are very friendly and willing to answer questions about my service and/or new car sales. My overall experience with your dealership is great. I have two Honda accords which I bring to your dealership whenever my maintenance is due because of the outstanding customer service. More

Very bad experience. I sent an email asking if they could beat another dealer's price. I clearly sent them the details including destination charge tax and tags. When I went there, they tried to add the destination charge twice and some idiotic protection package for $900. When I called out their bluff, they refused to match the price. What a waste of good bit of Saturday.. On the positive side, they were never too aggressive. Dishonest dealership. I would never buy nor recommend them to anybody. More

I bought and Installed Honda MP3 player a year ago and it stopped working may be a minor work. They ask me to pay $105.00 to diagnose and then more money, simply a ripoff. I spend 568 dollars with installation for buy a crap. Their Service Manager Cris Sclptuer avoid meeting me and I have to come back. All staff is bad. More

They bombard, raid and try to get you with their OBNOXIOUS, IRRITATING, BOMBARDING you with what you EXPLICITLY ask NOT TO DO!! SERIOUSLY WOW they are IDIOTS!! I don't know how they do business BUT they definitely try to rip you off!! More
