Unfortunately this reviewer was required to deal with Virgina DMV directly and we were not aware of this until we began processing tags. As a result, we could not help with tag work, only the title work. All monies collected by us to process the tags were refunded to customer. In reviewing all of the emails, I did not see where a guaranteed trade in value or price was promised. I see where the salesperson wrote, "I WILL TRY MY BEST TO EARN YOUR BUISNESS".
