Friendly service The service advisor was extremely friendly when i arrived and couldn’t help me enough. He organized a rental for the day. When he realized the repair was going to take longer he called to let me know. They would need my vehicle for one more day and I could just keep the rental. The rental was a dirty I cleaned 2013 CRV. After I collected my vehicle and noticed the repair had not been completed properly I called my adviser, telling him I would call back in on Monday afternoon for them to correct the problems. On the Monday my advisor was off. I saw Joseph who did not know about the problem but tried to help. After 45 mins they told me they couldn’t fix it and I would have to bring it back in another day. its now been a week and Robbie has not called me to reschedule. Total lack of quality controlled repairs. My vehicle should never have been released to me if it was not repaired correctly. NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER. More

Friendly and courteous but overpriced and high pressure When making my appointment to have my Honda’s oil changed, I specifically stated “no high pressure sales tactics”. I asked that the tires be rotated i When making my appointment to have my Honda’s oil changed, I specifically stated “no high pressure sales tactics”. I asked that the tires be rotated if needed. When I got there, I was told the car needed the transmission fluid to be changed. They also wanted to change my wiper blades and check all fluids for a cost of almost $400, which I refused. With the oil change, air filter, tire rotation and transmission fluid changed, my bill was $278, a bit steep for what I was prepared to pay that day. They did offer a complimentary car wash which was welcomed. Although the service tech was friendly and courteous, I still felt that high pressure sales tactic. I wish your service team would stop this practice. It really makes me reluctant to bring my car in. I hope at my next scheduled appointment this will change. More

Oil Change I was in great need of an oil change,.On my way home from work I called the dealership and spoke with Robbie. He was so very polite, profressional and I was in great need of an oil change,.On my way home from work I called the dealership and spoke with Robbie. Now, I drive from Lake City to Gainesville everyday so I was on my way home, it was around 4:30ish, this didn't matter!!! Still come on in he said!!! Wow!! I was even more surprised when I got there he was ready for me took my car back to have it serviced. It was done in 15 minutes!! Truly amazing visit.. More
