buying lease car I was in the process of buying my lease car.I have been with this dealership for 15 years on my 5th lease and bring my car for service routinely.i cal I was in the process of buying my lease car.I have been with this dealership for 15 years on my 5th lease and bring my car for service routinely.i called to see if we can work on the price of the car since I am a good customer for all the years.the woman I spoke to was rude and not caring.seems she did not care about me since I was buying the car.i said o.k and needed to speak to the manager.i asked that when I receive the title can someone take a little time to help me fill out the paper work before I go to the motor vehicle office to re register my car and put the title in my name.the manager was rude and nasty and told me they could not do that since I was not finacing the car. you mean to tell me you cant take some time to help me with the paper work a good customer like me.well my family owns 4 Hondas and will never go to this awful dealship again or recommend any one again to this place.spoke to another dealship in which they said sure come down and we will help you.please go to another place if you want good customer service..
