He answered all our questions and was kind enough to go to the parking lot to show us how some of the new technology on the car works. From the moment I entered the building, employees greeted me and were super helpful in obtaining paperwork from the valet and processing my service request. The service was actually quicker than expected and they even found a problem (faulty battery) that I was unaware of and replaced it with no charge (under warranty). Everyone was so nice! I was dreading having my car serviced and it turned out to be a rather nice experience. More
