Great personnel, but very stingy (cheap) management We flew to NY to pick up a Subaru Impreza we purchased through the internet. We worked with Daija Parker and Roy Wilson. Both of these people were extremely helpful and friendly and went out of their way to help us with the purchase. During the completion of the paperwork, we noticed that the sale included many nice options for anyone that lived in NY, including free servicing of the vehicle for 12 months. We also noticed that there wasn't a second key for the car. We asked if we could trade out the 12 months of service for a second key and were abruptly told to forget it by the manager. We completed the sale and drove the car back home. When we took the car to the Subaru dealer, we had to pay $327 for a second key. Looking back, there is a big contrast between the attitude of the staff and the used car manager. The staff was very interested in getting the sale, but also that it would be fair to both parties. Used car manager not interested in our satisfaction. More
