After. driving the loner, and seeing all of the new safety features, we knew it was time to consider a new vehicle. The 2017 CRV EXL is a beautiful model change, with all the bells and whistles. Rude and unprofessional "manager" Spent an hour at this location only to not have them change the terms that were agreed to over email. When the "manager" came out to return our card, he was completely unprofessional. When we told him we felt our time was wasted he merely shrugged and replied "and you wasted ours" and walked away. Someone should provide this "manager"with some skill training on how to respond to customers with tact. Honda should be ashamed to have their brand represented this person. More
