Our lease was ending and we were looking to lease a new CR-V. The sales associate, William Assad, was a pleasure to deal with. He was polite, courteous, friendly, laid back, and knowledgeable. Best of all, he did not use any high-pressure sales techniques. We told him what we wanted, and he worked to help us get pretty xxxx close to the deal we were looking for. Overall, it was a very smooth, stress free process. There were some points during the experience where we had to "wait around" for a bit, but that is to be expected. All in all, a good experience, highlighted by the super-nice William Assad. More

We were trading in a Camry and he made the process very simple and straightforward as well. William made sure we were happy with our new vehicle and even arranged for us to come back to the dealership to follow up on a couple of details that could not be completed the day of the sale. This new purchase came about following a car accident my husband was involved in and it helped so much for the process to go smoothly and to deal with such a pleasant, kind salesman. More

Dion gave me a great deal on a 2016 civic ex and Dillon the finance manager also helped process my paperwork and gave me a great deal on some extended coverage on my lease. Although the process did take a little longer than I thought it should and I left the dealership after majority of the employees, I had a great experience otherwise. Go advantage honda! More
