Great experience-knowledgable staff. I originally walked in simply wanting to take a look at the new Civic, get a feel for the size and how living with it would work out. I'm one of those people who'll have a car for 10, 15 years before looking for a new one and was curious as to the standard kit and quality of the product. An upstanding gentleman named William Assad helped me out that afternoon, we took a look at the new Civic, went through some pricing and upon his suggestion took a look at the new Accord. I hadn't even given it a thought until then, William was completely correct in his suggestion. The Accord was much more comfortable, with more of the things I wanted, space, comfort, backseat legroom. WIlliam was outstanding, he spoke to me and my friend with respect, made me feel like getting the RIGHT car was much more important than getting me A car. Especially when I would be keeping this vehicle for as long as I will be. I will gladly be coming back to Advantage Honda, the customer service is excellent, and William definitely had everything to do with that. More

The operation and atmosphere under the current management is perhaps the best it has ever been. Most recently Advantage Honda, and my Service Adviser Christine Hilton, were able to provide A+ service/repair for my daughter's CR-V that had serious engine issues. Although the auto was in the shop for several days I was provided frequent updates and all my questions were answered to my full satisfaction. No issues with the repairs so far and the quoted/paid costs were fair and reasonable. More
Relaxed experience with excellent service I started off by bringing my car in for service for an oil change. Out of curiosity, I inquired about a quote to repair my car of damages from street I started off by bringing my car in for service for an oil change. Out of curiosity, I inquired about a quote to repair my car of damages from street parking and minor fender benders and got a price through the roof and decided to inquire about trading the car in for something newer. Once I stepped foot in the showroom I was greeted by a wonderful young gentleman, Dion who was a pleasure. He assisted me in finding out how much my 2011 Honda was worth and showed me the new features in the 2016. He took me to the dealership's prep facility where he showed me cars that they had in stock and made the car buying experience so enjoyable because I was able to pick out my own car from the flock. In addition to that, the finance manager, Ariana was also amazing guiding me in the right path with my finances and helping me pick an extended warranty program. Overall both Dion and Ariana were great and a pleasure to work with. Advantage Honda was truly an amazing experience. When purchasing your next car be sure to ask for Dion and Ariana! More
Relaxed car buying experience with EXCELLENT Customer Care I just bought a new CRV over 30 miles from my home, passing 3 Honda dealers on the way because of customer care. I'll try and make this brief, but 1 d I just bought a new CRV over 30 miles from my home, passing 3 Honda dealers on the way because of customer care. I'll try and make this brief, but 1 dealership was too aggressive "BUY NOW!”, another tried the bait & switch. So I was down to 2. Although one which was closer to home gave me a good price, I didn't have a good feeling about the sales team. At Advantage, William Assad made me feel more like a family member then a customer when we were negotiating prices and options. He gave me honest opinions and facts rather than spewing the 'company line'. His professionalism, knowledge and customer care was exceptional. He was able to get me the best price, while telling me the advantages AND disadvantages of certain options which included best value rather than just trying to sell me everything. I respected the fact that he wasn't just trying to take my money. He presented himself more like a consumer advocate and when the time comes, I will buy my next car from him as well. I would also like to mention Dylan Bolanos who handles the financing at the dealership. I use to dread the 'back room' aka the finance room where they try and sell you all sorts of unwanted extras. That's NOT Dylan, he has an extensive background in finance including working on the 'Street' aka a licensed stock broker on Wall Street. Dylan was more like a brother, he worked out the best option for me and over the few days I needed to close the deal, we emailed as well as spoke a few times. He entertained and explained all my financial concerns in an easy enough way that made me feel relaxed with my financial decision rather than apprehensive and unsure. Final comment, ALL of the staff I met and dealt with at Advantage up to and including the manager Gary Farley were so friendly and helpful. Gary, took the time to introduce himself to me and showed genuine concern for myself and his staff . He reminded me a bit of George Steinbrenner, who had a wonderful heart and took a personal interest in every person on his team. When I drove away with my new car I felt like I was a part of that team. More

The dealership showroom was comfortable and clean. William Assad took a lot of time over my two different visits to demonstrate the vehicle and allowing test drives by me and my wife. In both visits the staff worked hard to allow me to get back to my work as soon as I could go. And Mr Assad thoroughly showed me how to use the vehicles audio controls and even preset my radio.and the Bluetooth settings. He explained all the features of the car and how to operate them. All this was done with his very good open and caring personality. I am still impressed. The Business Manager was very careful to explain and complete all the documents that were necessary. He was so prfessional and very straight And the car was given to me in excellent shape, clean inside and out and all parts working well as far as I can tell. It was simply a fine experience. I highly recommend Advantage Honda and especially, William Assad. More
