Bait & Switch I had a terrible experience. Ordered a CRV-Touring to lease and left a $1000 deposit. After 2 months they finally got my car. Prior to seeing it, the I had a terrible experience. Ordered a CRV-Touring to lease and left a $1000 deposit. After 2 months they finally got my car. Prior to seeing it, they registered it, called my insurance, got plates, then upon our arrival, they loaded up both our phones onto the Blue Tooth in the car & gave us a full demonstration. Then off to see the Business/Finance Manager. After all this, he said the negotiated price expired after 30 days. After much talking, my price went from the contracted $312 per month to $351 per month. I had left a deposit and it wasn't my fault it took 60 days until they got me the car I wanted. An extreme case of BAIT & SWITCH. When does a contract expire after 30 days when you sign it and leave a $1000 deposit? This wasn't a price quote. We took the car anyway since after waiting 60 days we really needed the car. But I will never again buy another car from ADVANTAGE HONDA. Thieves. Crooks. Swindlers. We should have walked out once the BS began. Jim of Customer service called me after I gave them a bad review and wanted to make good by giving me a refund but the check never came. More deception. I had changed my review, as per their request. Now I have changed it back to the original review. DON'T GO THERE! ! ! More
