I am glad I did it for the below few reasons: - The staff Nicole Rasmussen & the service manager Mary Barylski were very courteous which makes a lot of difference from customer's perspective and their positive attitude with an eagerness to help goes a long way. - The turn around time for the repair was pretty fast and I got the car within 5 days of drop off......the workmanship looks great. -The cost of repair was reasonable ( although I didn't shop for the cost). We told him we will be getting our car either Saturday or Sunday, but insist he said the manager told him that this coming weekend will be very busy, and chances to have more new customers are high, do not forget I am also one of their customers!! Does that mean they only want NEW customers and the purpose is to get them signed the papers? Got the car and after a month called him to asked him something, he said he has no after sales service.
