We returned to purchase the Honda Civic and Steve was very professional and helpful and very patient too. He was ready for us and had all the paperwork we needed and answered all our questions. His demonstration of the features, new to me, on this model Civic was excellent. He was, again, very patient. Then we worked with Henry Taboada, and were also impressed. We chose a different make of car for personal reasons, though the Honda is a great car. Advantage Honda was a friendly, low pressure and positive experience, and we went there and test drove several times. Inu and Charles were great to deal with, and made it a pleasant experience. We actually had a deposit on an HRV and we had no problem with the deposit refund. More
