From the moment Jeremy Hepburn called me up to the counter, I knew I was in good hands. He listened carefully to my concerns, clearly informed me about the process and potential costs, and called me counter, I knew I was in good hands. He then made sure that I met with Umesh, the technician who worked on my car. Umesh then sat with me in my car, made sure he understood the problem, made sure that I was satisfied that it was resolved, and gave me advice about what to do if something similar happens in the future.
