The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because of the problems with the finance dept. The wait was ridiculous and I truly dislike having to find out that the price I thought we had agreed upon wasn't quite it. While the guy was very nice, it still felt manipulative and a bit deceitful. If I ask for a walk-away price, that's what I expect to hear. Never enjoy all the last minute negotiations--especially after waiting almost 5 hours. More

Very disappointing. I purchased my last Honda there (called Advantage then) with no issues and very easy to deal with. My sales person was no longer there. This time I purchased my last Honda there (called Advantage then) with no issues and very easy to deal with. My sales person was no longer there. This time around I made them my last stop expecting the experience to be the same and to buy a new car from them. I tried to work out details before my stop in. I was very clear what I was buying (Pilot Special Edition) within the next 1-2 days. I would be using the Honda 2.9% financing. Late Sunday I made an appointment for Monday morning and confirmed the car was in stock. Monday morning - it took a while to speak with anyone. I was not connected with the person I was told I would be. The sales person had no idea why I was there and I had to start all over again. This is a huge waste of my time to go through all of these qualifying questions and sales playbook. She took multiple trips to her manager even after I told her exactly what I was looking for. The salesperson then lied to me and said the 2.9% financing was not available on the special edition trim., but only on the XL which conveniently was the trim they had available. They did show me a website showing that, but I had another Honda website showing it was available. I left. I purchased the next day from Mariano River Honda with , guess what? 2.9% Honda financing on the Special Edition trim. Next time around they will just be on the list of dealers I visit and lost all good will my last purchased earned with them. More
