This is an update to a prior review. The finance manager I worked with, Mike Washington, has been extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. He wasn't forthcoming about the pricing and The finance manager I worked with, Mike Washington, has been extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. He wasn't forthcoming about the pricing and outright lied when I asked if I could have a copy of the worksheet for the car I leased. He agreed but didn't include it in my package. When I called, he said he'd email it. He did no such thing. I've called several other times and left messages. No response. Other times I was transferred and then got a message saying his mailbox was full. When I went to the dealership in person, he was "out delivering papers" and never responded to another message. Not only has he ghosted a longtime Honda customer with excellent credit, he has destroyed all trust. The model of my car was misrepresented on the lease papers, the numbers don't add up and he NEVER delivered the papers he promised. Buyer beware!!!!!! More

The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because of the problems with the finance dept. The wait was ridiculous and I truly dislike having to find out that the price I thought we had agreed upon wasn't quite it. While the guy was very nice, it still felt manipulative and a bit deceitful. If I ask for a walk-away price, that's what I expect to hear. Never enjoy all the last minute negotiations--especially after waiting almost 5 hours. More
