He then made sure that I met with Umesh, the technician who worked on my car. Umesh then sat with me in my car, made sure he understood the problem, made sure that I was satisfied that it was resolved, and gave me advice about what to do if something similar happens in the future. I greatly appreciated Jeremy and Umesh's professionalism, thoughtfulness, kindness, and care. I would not think twice about returning for routine car and/or any problems.
