Shantall Zapata is an absolutely superb sales person. In exactly 14 days from my initial phone call and meeting with Shantall in person at the Empire Honda showroom with my husband, through a test drive in exactly 14 days from my initial phone call and meeting with Shantall in person at the Empire Honda showroom with my husband, through a test drive in the rain, discussing and negotiating lease options, my 2022 beautiful car was delivered from its assembly plant in Mexico!
