DO NOT GO TO MIKE MARTINDALE FOR FINANCING. The nastiest attitude you’ll ever encounter. No people skills whatsoever, even when asking questions he keeps xxxxxxx his teeth, rolling his eye and The nastiest attitude you’ll ever encounter. No people skills whatsoever, even when asking questions he keeps xxxxxxx his teeth, rolling his eye and relaying multiple deep sighs. Extremely unprofessional. Made me feel extremely uncomfortable, but also “reassured” we would be paying a certain price even if it says something else on paper. And don’t forget that when it came down to explaining, of course and this is def. Our fault cause we should have not signed on the spot, he said one price and we signed nothing close to what he says but we trusted the dealership and him to thoroughly help us when purchasing. Then we go back after a few months cause we came from the bank and they explained something COMPLETELY DIFFERENT than what MIKE said when it comes to financing. And Michael had the nastiest attitude again, disregarding us and telling us that’s not what he said cause on the contract it says this. But my husband and I remember him saying something completely different… just to get us to sign huh? The worst place/person you can go to ! If you’re looking to purchase a car go somewhere else and don’t sign anything on the spot no matter how happy you are cause these dealers are dogs! More
