Went in Monday with no real hopes of financing a car but Santiago made the whole process extremely easy. He answered every question I had and I got to test drive a car within a few minutes of being there. H Santiago made the whole process extremely easy. He answered every question I had and I got to test drive a car within a few minutes of being there. He was very patient with me and extremely helpful. The paperwork process did take a few hours, but he was in no rush to hurry me out. Santiago and Mike truly made my first finance experience extremely pleasant. I truly appreciate working with people who genuinely care about their customers and this is the exact feeling I got coming to Empire Honda and working with Santiago and Mike. The "Offensive Attitude" and "Chronic Mis-behavior" of ALEX at the "Parts division" is QUITE INFAMOUS. However, LOU at the Parts division is very helpful and responsible !! Ever since the Empire Auto Group took over this HONDA Franchise in Manhasset ------ (1) The quality of the auto mechanics is still good. (2) However, the "SERVICE Attitude" of the STAFF went down DRAMATICALLY !!!! (3) Empire Auto Group is charging customers 3% EXTRA for using any credit cards. (4) In general, the "3% service charge of credit cards" is a "Business Expense" --- which is "TAX DEDUCTIBLE" within the "Business TAXATION". (5) So, is it the "RIGHT THING" to charge the customers 3% EXTRA when using any credit cards ????? ---- Is it the "RIGHT THING" ????? OR NOT ??????? More

Ms. Zapata & the Empire Honda staff were fantastic. Do not go to Empire Honda and deal with this incompetent staff that are full of lies with deceitful pricing and trash customer service.
