I’m writing this review to let you know how disappointed I am with Honda this is my sixth purchase of your vehicles three myself and three cars my son, empire Honda of Manhasset Has been trying to CON me ou I am with Honda this is my sixth purchase of your vehicles three myself and three cars my son, empire Honda of Manhasset Has been trying to CON me out of my hard earn money for 3 months, they were calling me for months to return my car that I had for three years after purchasing the new Honda CRV 2021 few days later I started getting the letters Teachers Federal credit union that 17 payments left on my 2018 CRV no body bother to check that my contract was for 4 years, and the worst part of this is that they still calling me and sending me letters that I’m delinquent on my 2018 CRV witch a return when I purchase the new car and then threatening me to reposes the car which they already have on their HANDS, they had put me through xxxx I even had a nervous break down when I went to talk to them at the dealership they told me everything will be taken care of I’m still getting letters from teachers Federal credit Union, I i’m about to return this car and never purchase another Honda again, i’ve been missed treated so badly That I’m going to post everything that I’ve sent you in every platform that I can think off going to send this to channel 7 and channel 47 because you’re the only one willing to help when these things happen especially from dealerships, hope to hear from you soon going to wait five days before I post all the documents in all media platforms, my son has the same issue with them saying that he didn’t return previous car, they damage my son credit with BUGUS billing saying that his account was delinquent for no payments ( The car was returned when he purchased the new CRV )finally we got a letter yesterday that everything was taken care of but it took 3 months before they did anything,at the same time im reporting this dealership to the state attorney general and the better business bureau. I would recommend people not to buy a honda because not even the corporation is willing to knowledge this situation. You leave me with no option but to take this to court for the psychological damages made to me and my son.  More
