Horrible Customer Service Honda on Northern Blvd inManhasset The service personnel were rude and i was appalled at the lack of consideration for my situation . I got a flat tire on northern blvd but was able to The service personnel were rude and i was appalled at the lack of consideration for my situation . I got a flat tire on northern blvd but was able to get my car to Honda. I was relieved bc I have a Honda & thought for sure they can change my flat tire. I explained I now lived 5 hours away & was told " they close at 6 and were too busy to change a flat tire" . It was 445 pm . I even offered to buy a tire if they didn't want to waste the " time" putting on the spare. He refused. I was sent away by the service ppl as not one of the men would change my flat tire . Oh & did I mention I am 6 months pregnant. Fortunately I managed to get to a mobile gas station & they kindly helped me. Shame on you Honda on Northern Blvd in Manhasset for sending a pregnant woman away with a flat tire! More
