I walked into the dealership on Sunday July 24th and met Mohammed. I told Mohammed that I was interested in purchasing a Crv exl with 4WD and that I was shopping price. He told me he had to speak with his Mohammed. I told Mohammed that I was interested in purchasing a Crv exl with 4WD and that I was shopping price. He told me he had to speak with his manager. After speaking with his manager he gives me the price I said , Fine write me up. Mohammed fills out the contract and has me do the paperwork for financing. He tries to sell me vin labeling for 239.00 which he claims will pay for itself with lower insurance. I told him I would have to speak with my Insurance company to see if that was true. After all this he goes to get the contract signed by his manager only to tell me that the manager thought I wanted the 2wd and he could not sell me the car for that price. PS Honda wasted an hour of my time. I also checked with my insurance company about the vin labeling. I was told by my insurance rep that it would lower my insurance by about 5 dollars per year. So unless I kept the car for 48 years I would not be seeing any savings. Do not go to PS HONDA unless you like having people waste your time and lie to you. More

The salesman, Shaz, was rude and quite frankly "snotty". He was unaccommodating and did not provide all relevant information that was required to complete the lease and/or trade in process. "snotty". Contrary to other folks reviews my visits to PS Honda are always fully satisfactory. And I have been the owner of various Honda models since 1987. My recent visit required body work for my 2010 CRV which was always fully satisfactory. And I have been the owner of various Honda models since 1987. My recent visit required body work for my 2010 CRV which was rear ended. PS Honda did a great job and my vehicle now looks and functions as new. Chris T is a great manager and it is apparent that he commands the respect of his fellow employees, as well as customers. Keep up the good work PS Honda! More

The worst dealership I ever dealt with! They should be out of business ASAP! The took my money and never return my call, awful service. Don't deal with them!!! I placed my deposit $500 after we negotiat out of business ASAP! The took my money and never return my call, awful service. Don't deal with them!!! I placed my deposit $500 after we negotiated price, then next day the salesperson named Bonny called me and said they would not able to sale me this car and promise refund my deposit. After 2 weeks I still don't have my money and they never call me back on my inquiry about refund. These people just cannot keep they word and have no respect to their customer. After all they called themselves the number one dealership in Long Island! What a joke! More
