The "Offensive Attitude" and "Chronic Mis-behavior" of ALEX at the "Parts division" is QUITE INFAMOUS. However, LOU at the Parts division is very helpful and responsible !! Ever since the Empire Auto Group took over this HONDA Franchise in Manhasset ------ (1) The quality of the auto mechanics is still good. (2) However, the "SERVICE Attitude" of the STAFF went down DRAMATICALLY !!!! (3) Empire Auto Group is charging customers 3% EXTRA for using any credit cards. (4) In general, the "3% service charge of credit cards" is a "Business Expense" --- which is "TAX DEDUCTIBLE" within the "Business TAXATION". (5) So, is it the "RIGHT THING" to charge the customers 3% EXTRA when using any credit cards ????? ---- Is it the "RIGHT THING" ????? OR NOT ??????? More
