AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE I have been a client of Honda for over 7 years. Yesterday, I had a tire emergency and I called Advantage Honda Service Department and they took me rig I have been a client of Honda for over 7 years. Yesterday, I had a tire emergency and I called Advantage Honda Service Department and they took me right away. When I walked into service stressed out they knew who I was and took care of the issue, relieving my anxiety. The service department at Advantage Honda is top notch. I hope they are recognized by corporate. I also heard about Michelle who has been with dealership since i bought my first Honda. I was very sadden to hear of her loss. Michelle was amazing! More

nice to be able to just show up. Although I thought I came in for just an oil change, I was advised the car needed multiple other issues taken care of. I approved all of the additional work, but was not so happy about having the complete service take about 3 hours from the time I arrived. Next time I will drop off the car and wait for the call it is ready for pick up. I do appreciate the complete review of issues that need to be resolved. More
