First service new car Robert, who assisted me, was great . I had many questions about the functioning of features on the car that were new to me. He patiently listened, answered my numerous questions, and checked the car for issues related to my questions. The only issue I have is that I had an appt., needed an oil change, but still waited nearly 2 hours until the car was returned to me. Maybe the issues I asked about needed time to be checked, so that the time was needed, but it seemed a bit excessive to me. More
