The return visits were to correct installed items and repair items. This is my first Honda. I have heard good things about Honda and I hope everything lives up to its reviews. The service dept. Rep Jennifer has been very kind and understanding and she makes returning to the service dept much easier. Also the gentleman that greets you to sign the car in is very nice too. More
