The operation and atmosphere under the current management is perhaps the best it has ever been. Most recently Advantage Honda, and my Service Adviser Christine Hilton, were able to provide A+ service/repair for my daughter's CR-V that had serious engine issues. Although the auto was in the shop for several days I was provided frequent updates and all my questions were answered to my full satisfaction. No issues with the repairs so far and the quoted/paid costs were fair and reasonable. More

Loyal Customer We have been going to this dealership for many years. We first knew them as PS Honda, later as Manhasset Honda, and now as Advantage Honda. But whatev We have been going to this dealership for many years. We first knew them as PS Honda, later as Manhasset Honda, and now as Advantage Honda. But whatever they call themselves, they have been consistently efficient, knowledgeable, and very friendly. Although we no longer live on Long Island, we still drive from Brooklyn to this dealership. Last Saturday we brought in our car for a tune-up, without an appointment, after leaving it with a valet, we were greeted by Lillian at the front desk. She cheerfully took our information, quickly pulled up the car's record and gave us an accurate estimate as to how long the service would take. She also advised us about a pending airbag recall that might require us to return in the near future. The car was ready on time, without any unexpected charges, and we were happily on our way. More

Normally, shop personnel are strictly businesslike. Lillian's professional demeanor was sincere and seemed genuinely interested in answering all questions. When I explained I had a dealer warranty through another Honda dealership, Lillian took the initiative calling the other dealer to verify my warranty. Today, she offered a complimentary 10% discount off my service. Lillian is the type of person whose people skills should train the trainers. I've been to this dealer in the past and found them to be anything but professional or courteous. Lillian is a very welcome change. More

Then I called advantage Honda in Manhasset LI and the courteous service I got was extraordinary, On the phone was Miss Leah who was not only polite but very pleasant and answered very professionally, gave me the price of service and told me politely to wait for the parts person to get parts price. I then decided to go there and when I was there I was amazed to see very nice people and a lot of mechanics. Seemed like everyone knew what they were doing and being nice and polite to customers. At desk was helped by Michael Oneill another fine professional. The whole staff was very joyful while taking care of there customers. I definitely will go there from now on. More

Lillian was in constant contact with me through the whole process and updated me on any issues with my insurance company. She was quick to respond to my insurance to make sure all paperwork they required was processed and returned quickly. Lillian even called me on her day off to a sure me the process was moving along. I would recommend any one going to Advantage Honda for repairs ask for Lillian as your customer service rep. You will not be disappointed. More

The service staff was excellent and went above and beyond in ensuring my satisfaction. This is the third time I had been to this dealer for service , and each time is better than the last. After dealing with some other Dealerships within the Atlantic Group with a previous vehicle many years ago and receiving unsatisfactory service I was reluctant in purchasing from another Atlantic Auto Group Dealer. I decided to give Advantage Honda a chance and I am so Glad I did. Thank you Lily for your wonderful service and compassion.
