I arrived at the dealership at 5 PM and needed an oil change. When I inquired about the cost, I was initially told it would be $70. Shortly after, I was informed that there had been a mistake, and the ac change. When I inquired about the cost, I was initially told it would be $70. Although I felt that $80 was overpriced, I agreed to proceed with the service because my oil level was at 10%. After the service was completed, I was called to the cashier. Once I finished signing the paperwork, I was ready to pay the $80 plus tax. However, the cashier informed me that if I paid in cash, the total would be $86, but if I used a card, the total would be $90. I felt frustrated because this information should have been communicated to me from the beginning. Had I known, I could have gone to the bank for cash or at least found an ATM available in the dealership. More
