We have purchased multiple vehicles from this dealership. In the past couple of weeks, we decided to start looking for a new vehicle to replace our Odyssey, which is 10 years old with 168k miles. We emailed 3 dealerships around us, and this dealership was the highest. We went to look at the Pilot since it was closest and we had, as a family, as previously stated, purchased at least 6 vehicles from this dealer. The MSRP was given on the sticker, and the additional sticker showed some add-ons which was about 3,000.00 higher. However, the MSRP on his proposal quote was almost 3,000.00 higher still! When I asked what the discrepancy was, he tried to explain that there were numerous "add-ons" as well as a "Honda Appearance Package" added for $2998.00! He explained to me numerous times he was giving us a "very aggressive deal". Not sure whom he was thinking he was dealing with, but I was not born yesterday and hope people reading this will learn to check your proposals and quotes THOROUGHLY! This is why car dealers and salesman get such a bad reputation - not sure where I'll buy my next car, but it sure won't be from Honda of Murfreesboro. More

I am not one to leave negative reviews but I am absolutely shocked at how much they charged us for a new key fob to our family’s minivan that was unfortunately lost in the holiday chaos. Not only w absolutely shocked at how much they charged us for a new key fob to our family’s minivan that was unfortunately lost in the holiday chaos. Not only was the price astronomical, they gave us a reasonable quote over the phone and then added on an extra $200+ of service fees and charges when it was all said and done and then we still had to pay a tow company to bring in our perfectly running van so they could program the fob. We are now out over $600. Granted it was our mistake for losing a key and we were willing to pay some to fix our mistake but could not believe the price for them to push a few buttons on a machine to program a key 😳😠 More

My most recent service visit made me question the competence of this dealership. I went for a simple oil change, also had alignment done at the advice of the dealership. Came back with a smoking vehicle that I ended up having to sell for next to nothing. Honda may not have caused this original issue, but many issues that followed didn't exist prior to this visit. We love the Honda CRV we purchased, however, the sales team & sales manager have 0 integrity & credibility. We negotiated an “ out the door “ which includes tax, title, tags, & fees, then proceeded to t team & sales manager have 0 integrity & credibility. We negotiated an “ out the door “ which includes tax, title, tags, & fees, then proceeded to the finance dept to negotiate the terms and sign the paperwork. A few days later my wife was looking over the paperwork & said the figures didn’t add up. They had tagged on a $1695 HOM package, & a $799 Documents / Processing fee. When I went back to the dealership and spoke with them about it, they could not find the buyers agreement with the figures we had negotiated ( how convenient ) . They refused to do anything about it. Now, I fully understand why car salesmen, sales managers, & dealers have such horrible reputations as liars, and cheats. It was well deserved. More
