It's been months of chasing them around for information regarding my car. For example, It took a month with no follow up from them (only me) for an ESTIMATE! Then, I only got a price, and when I asked for the estimate, I had to wait another week and a half. I've been trying to get an idea of how much I've spent on my car this year, and I've made three phone calls, left two voicemails, with NO reply, asking for someone to send me a breakdown about how much the provide for what cost in their oil change (since it includes other car costs like a car wash and tire rotation). Literally, I just want to get one little email. I'm so over working with them! I've also emailed back to them requesting feedback with my concerns and surprise...no response! This Honda dealership has disgraceful service! It stinks too, because I try to give the benefit of the doubt, but it's now been about 5 months of me chasing and chasing for every single need.
