I love Robertson Honda service I bought from car from this dealership about 8 years ago. I regularly went to them for service up until 3 years ago. I figured my car is old and does not need to go to the dealership. My car was running fine except for tiny, annoying thing - my car would continuously misfire when the AC was on, backing up, and stopped. I had the mechanic that I went to change everything that he could change - spark plugs, ignition coil, etc. He even told me to put fuel injector cleaner because he thought my car was full of gunk. Nothing worked, until I took it to Robertson Honda. One of the service guys diagnosed the problem instantly and knew what needed to be done. They fixed it and it has been running really well ever since. So my last car maintenance, I went back to Robertson Honda, and Marcel was very helpful. No nonsense, no additional charges, no you-need-this-and-you-need-that conversation. He said it was going to take 2 hours, and he stuck to his time estimate. More

Sal Hernandez was my service advisor and gave me good advice. While he was at lunch, I needed assistance and Johana provided it. And when I had to go talk with her, I had to leave all my things -- laptop, books, etc. -- in the store area and one of the women behind the counter watched them for me till I could return, which I really appreciated. The only thing I cannot understand is why staff could not call the service area for me so I did not have to go there and leave all my things behind. Otherwise a great experience. The waiting area is pleasant and I always bring my tea and work so I can make the most of my time as I wait. Thank you. More
