Marcel, my Service Advisor, really went to bat for me! Marcel Fuentes, my Service Advisor, listened to my issues and went to bat for me on repairs that could have ben costly for me. He discussed my issues with the right people and ultimately provided me with results that were appropriate and financially equitable. That's what a Service Advisor should do! I hate leaving a shop feeling like I got screwed. I felt like Marcel treated me like a valued customer! This is what I try to do each and every day with my customers at work...and Marcel got it right! More
Incompetent Mechanics I am STILL stuck at this place waiting for my car which is two hours late past its estimated completion time. Why? Because the mechanics installed the wrong part and had to uninstall it and completely redo the repair. Thank goodness this was a repair from a recall notice so I'm not going to spend any money in this place. I'm just waiting to get my car, get out of here, and never give my business here. Still waiting.... UPDATE: Well, I have now left because I couldn't submit my review while at the service center because the internet connection was so bad. Finally got my car and was greeted by the employee with a "Phew! Crazy day..." Like I'm supposed to feel bad for him so I won't be upset. Not even an attempt at an apology for the mistake and the wait. Thank goodness I copied my review before trying to submit it so I didn't have to type it all again. I'm going to rate customer service lower this time. More
I currently live in New Orleans, but last week I was In Los Angeles with my friend Cheryl. So when I was in LA, I was staying with my friend Cheryl, and one afternoon we were going to have lunch on the 101 freeway and on the freeway her car literally started to smoke up little by little and she was pressing the gas and the car was not going, we got freaked out. So we were able to pull to the side of the freeway (thank God), I mean we got really scared. So since we were in the North Hollywood / Hollywood area, so Cheryl gave the Robertson honda a call and this nice guy picked up, I believe his name was Robert, and he told us not to worry about anything and not to drive the car, and just to make sure we were in a safe spot, so we don't get hurt. So it really showed that he cared about us more than the car at the moment. So even though it was not my car and I was not driving I really liked that. Anyways Cheryl told me that it was her first time calling this honda dealership. she really liked their service and I did too. They sent us a tow truck and took us to their dealer, gave us another car and took her car for a repair. Btw her car was like a old honda civic, i don't know the year. Anyways from my point of view, I really liked how the dealership treated us, I think it was really cool. Surprisingly some people can be nice. Loved Los Angeles, I wish I can come back soon ;) More

My civic is 2 years old lease, and needed an oil change. I live in the area so I usually service my car here. I have taken my car here several times, and today I actually decided to search online and write a review. Some people complian about their service advisors, but not me Berge always treats me good. So it's simple, if you don't like your adviser change them. That's what I did and now I'm comfortable. Wow my coffee tastes good. Jealous much? Lol :) More
The service department is awesome. They are helpful in small ways and large. I had some work done on my car recently. Two days later I saw smoke coming out of the front hood of my car, so I called them an small ways and large. I had some work done on my car recently. Two days later I saw smoke coming out of the front hood of my car, so I called them and they arranged to have my car towed in instead of my driving and risking my life, and they got me a rental car for me. It turned out that I had a plastic bag melting on the catalytic converter. After they finished and returned my car with no charge. While I was waiting I saw a lady having a little difficulty with a door to the waiting area and a service writer ran across the shop to hold the door for her. This seems like a small thing but it showed me they are very thoughtful and helpful. Not every repair goes as planned but they are responsive and cooperative and try to maintain their customers cars in the best shape possible. I don't write reviews usually, but this was so nice of them, it touched my heart. I recommend them. More
I am a long time Honda owner. I have had many Honda's during my adult life. I have lived all across the United States. This is the worst Honda dealership and repair shop I have ever encountered. I had a 2003 Honda CRV which needed tune ups, minor repairs, etc... They could never seem to get the repairs done right, and then they would argue with me. I had to take my car back several times when it should have been fixed the first time. Once, they gave me a complimentary car wash that was the equivalent of wetting it with a hose. Terrible dealership, shoddy work, did not trust them and no longer patronize their establishment. More
FIVE STARS!!! I've been looking for a shop to deal with growing problems for my accord. I have to admit I've seen less than perfect reviews for Robertson Honda on yelp, but they were close by, and I thoug growing problems for my accord. I have to admit I've seen less than perfect reviews for Robertson Honda on yelp, but they were close by, and I thought I'd still give it a try. Well will wonders never cease! The service manager, Barry, was AWESOME! No xx ... no big rip off sales routine ... I did have a couple things that needed repair, but they were accomplished quickly and I feel safer in my car now thanks to Barry ... he's my "guy" when it comes to auto work! Way to GO! More
When asked for a quote to replace a part of a side mirror, Errol quoted me $275 for labor, saying it was a major repair. When I wrote a letter of complaint to both the service manager and owner of Robertson Honda, neither one bothered to respond. Obviously Robertson Honda's focus is on screwing the customer as much as they can. More
DONT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS DEALER, THEY DONT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING PLUS BEEN RUDE I took my car for regular maintenance, they left the empty bottles of oil and old filters, I asked for a quote for t THEY ARE DOING PLUS BEEN RUDE I took my car for regular maintenance, they left the empty bottles of oil and old filters, I asked for a quote for the horn to be replace ( I had the part) they quoted $163 , they left a note on my car my car needed the motor mount-took the car to two other places and it wasnt the motor mount- Robert the service manager dont care , Shan the service advisor is rude and confronted me when I asked him why the empty oil can were inside my car and why the note inside my car stated my HORN works when I know it doent work and I asked for a quote and Why I wasnt call if my motor mounts were broken, today I call Robert the service manager to teel him I took the car to two different dealers , and guess what he would not come to the phone I left him a message I know he wont call me back More
