I had been going to Power Honda in Valencia for all of the services for my 2003 Odyssey. I went to Robertson because they quoted a lower price for the timing belt replacement along with tune up. After get the services for my 2003 Odyssey. I went to Robertson because they quoted a lower price for the timing belt replacement along with tune up. After getting the work started I got a call that the belt tensioner needs to be replaced. So the initial savings from the timing belt were eaten up by the tensioner. So about 4 hours after I had dropped off my van I get a call that the work is done! Wow thats record time...I hope all the work was done correctly...It wasn't. The second day after getting my van back I hear a scraping noise coming from the wheel well. The mechanic had forgotten to tighten or put on all the screws and clips that hold the plastic/rubber engine bay shield. Probably the easiest of all the operations and it gets xxxxed up. I called back and they are going to inspect the bottom of the enginge bay for any damage and replace the damaged shield. Who's to say they won't admit to any damage that may have happened while I drove with this problem. Needless to say this is the last time I will go there for any type of service. The customer service reps are nice/freindly after that watch out. Power Honda may be 30 minute drive from the Valley but you save time and get better quality of WORK. STAY AWAY FROM ROBERTSON HONDA IN NORTH HOLLYWOOD!!! More
They claim to have the "Multi-Point" inspection (fluids, tire air, etc.) I've found twice that one day after servicing where the receipt had all of these items checked off, that my wiper fluid was (fluids, tire air, etc.) I've found twice that one day after servicing where the receipt had all of these items checked off, that my wiper fluid was empty, the tire air was low, etc. My feeling is that they do inferior work for over-inflated prices. I simply can't trust the quality of their work. More
