I was visiting family in Florida from another state. As I prepared to leave, a tapping noise started in the area of my left front tire. I called Hendrick and they were able to fit me in right away. They resurfaced the rotor and replaced the break pads and had me on my way in a little over two hours. I was very grateful! More

Been dealing with pompano/Hendrick for many years & this was 1st time I had an issue with service. My car had under 25,000 miles & for some unknown reason they changed my spark plugs which were never part o was 1st time I had an issue with service. My car had under 25,000 miles & for some unknown reason they changed my spark plugs which were never part of any conversation. I checked with 2 other Honda dealers who told me you change them at around 100,000 miles. Tom Brothers was terrific in getting this issue taken care of. Thanks Tom More
