Not happy with the outcome of the visit but more upset with the way it was handled. Told 2 technicians test drove my car but ZERO miles were put on it! Told I had a dead cell in my battery causing another with the way it was handled. Told 2 technicians test drove my car but ZERO miles were put on it! Told I had a dead cell in my battery causing another issue. Took car to batteries plus and had it checked to find NO problem!!! with the battery. This is the 3rd car in 5 years purchased here and won’t be a 4th. More
