"Breath of fresh air!!"

After having a terrible experience at another dealership the day before I was very hesitant about traveling 70+ miles to Honda of Princeton to look at the car I was interested in. My husband spoke to Cedric on the phone and discussed the deal with him. We were showing up to the dealership, check in hand, praying that the car was everything it was portrayed to be. To our surprise, it was! We were so pleased with not only the car but the service! Cedric, and the rest of the team at Honda of Princeton Certified Used Cars were a pleasure to work with! I would highly recommend this dealership, as well as Cedric to anyone interested in purchasing a Honda.

I found the staff at Honda of Princeton to be knowledgeable, friendly and honest. How was my experience? My salesperson -- Slavik Cucosh -- actually sold me 2 vehicles! The pricing was extremely competitive and transparent. I was treated respectfully, my questions were answered, and I did not have to haggle endlessly to get the price I wanted. I expect to be a Honda of Princeton customer for years to come and I recommend them highly.

Honda's Used Car group is still selling as stereotypical used car salesmen. Very lame tactics and BS to play the old games. This has nothing to do with negotiating and working deals, etc. I've bought two cars in the past year at other dealerships, and many used and new cars in the past, and this one stands out as one location that hasn't evolved with the industry and customer.

Teamed with the manager Rob Eberbach to deliver the car we wanted at a price we could afford. Chris Wells handled our financing and extended warranty and other protects. buying a car is never an easy experience. the team at honda of princeton went above and beyond to help ensure that the experience was as painless as possible. mike diaz was patient and informative throughout the entire process - we negotiated a price on the vehicle that i inquired about by phone. there are no hidden costs, fees, or gotchas with this team. even at the end, when financing was being discussed, not every protection was recommended for the purchase. i was extremely pleased with the friendliness of the staff and management as well the ease and convenience of the process. mike went above and beyond to exceed my expectations. if you're looking for customer service, look no further than honda of princeton.

"I will never deal with dealer again."

I paid off my car loan and called to request Gap insurance canceled , and after they copied the documents , they said 4-6 weeks , called after 4 weeks to follow up , they said still waiting , called the Gap insurance at 800-909-7926 . and they said never received anything from the dealer ship , and wasted 4 weeks with no reason. I would not recommend it for any one .
