This Honda dealership is a piece of xxxx! ! I took my 2013 Honda Civic in for a service that included replacing the transmission fluid and new brakes two months ago and everything seemed to ! I took my 2013 Honda Civic in for a service that included replacing the transmission fluid and new brakes two months ago and everything seemed to be find after that. Then I took it in again a couple weeks ago because it was making loud noises and was in the shop for a week. At first, the mechanic did an inspection and said came back saying I needed a brand new transmission AND my car had the wrong brakes!! Before anything was replaced, I had the mechanic drain my transmission fluid and inspect it for any metal shavings. I came to find out the $&@*ing mechanic checked the transmission fluid when it was cold! So they drained the fluid when it was hot (like you're supposed to) and they said basically "Ooops. Our bad. Transmission looks fine" and said the noise was coming from my tensioner belt that needed to be replaced. Of course that took a few days to come in. While I'm waiting for that part to come in, I speak to the tech helping me and asked that, since their parts department gave me the wrong brakes, can they change out the brakes for free to make up for that stupid mistake. They said no. I get my car home and the next day I take off the wrong brakes, return them back to Honda to get new brakes, and put those on my car; but while I'm taking the brakes off, I see that a bolt is missing. So I take back the brakes and replace them, and then speak to the tech who helped me and showed her the bolt that was missing. She basically said, "Well, it could have fallen off when you drove your car home." I tell her "You want me to believe that the mechanic, who was supposed to do a check of the transmission and brake area didn't notice a bolt was missing??" Of course, the tech just shrugged her shoulders. I walked out vowing to NEVER take my car back to Honda ever again!! They do jack xxxx for their loyal customers!! I've been bringing my car to them for years and this is how they treat loyal customers. Well @#$& them!!!! More
