Results as follows: 1 maintenance item not performed (verifiable) 1 maintenance item suspicious of not being performed (not verifiable) 1 warranty item not performed (verifiable) Dealer reviewed the claims and agreed. No charge to customer other than lost time. Technician Anthony C. provided false information regarding work performed which created erroneous service history of the vehicle and warranty work completed. Customer will never have service work done, nor purchase a vehicle from this dealer. BEWARE. More

I live in Naples but visit Sarasota often and have my car (2014 Honda Accord) serviced at Wilde Honda. Today, they showed me why I am so loyal to them. I was buying new tires at Costco but they couldn't r (2014 Honda Accord) serviced at Wilde Honda. Today, they showed me why I am so loyal to them. I was buying new tires at Costco but they couldn't remove the old tires without the locking lug nut key which I left in Naples. Wilde Honda removed the locking lug nuts at no charge and I returned the car to Costco for service. GREAT SERVICE and with a smile too. David McF More

We were first time customers today, being from out of state, and needing routine service on our Passport. We were told it would take 1.5 hours (brake fluid, tire rotation, oil change..nothing special). state, and needing routine service on our Passport. We were told it would take 1.5 hours (brake fluid, tire rotation, oil change..nothing special). Instead, it took 3 hours. Melissa, our service rep, was nice, but at no time did she provide any updates to us as to why there was a delay. This is poor customer service: keeping customers informed is a basic skill. She only did so when we asked when the vehicle would be ready. She did mention it was a master technician working on our vehicle. That's great, but perhaps she and he might estimate their time a bit better. At our Honda dealer in our home state, this has never happened. Generally the work is finished before the time they give us. If we need service again in the Sarasota area, we certainly will not be returning to Wilde Honda. More
