Rolando was great in communicating and explaining everything. However, I am dissatisfied and truly disappointed that I was given incorrect information from the salespeople and/or financial advisors everything. However, I am dissatisfied and truly disappointed that I was given incorrect information from the salespeople and/or financial advisors when I leased this vehicle in November of 2024. I was informed that all Maintenance was included with this particular lease only to find out that I was misinformed and this vehicle only includes one free oil change. As a loyal customer of over 20 years, this is disheartening and my trust in South Motor Honda has vanished. More
