The salesmen lied about the carfax and when I asked to see it he pretended that he didn’t know it had been in 2 prior accidents. Then he tried to put a ppp policy on top of the agreed price without ever m see it he pretended that he didn’t know it had been in 2 prior accidents. Then he tried to put a ppp policy on top of the agreed price without ever mentioning to us what that even is. Then we got the car and it wasn’t even cleaned. A certified pre owned vehicle with extended bumper to bumper coverage and they couldn’t even clean the car? Just terrible service all around other than the insurance agent Daniella that was the only highlight of the experience. The car was decently priced but the extra dealer fees were almost $3000 which is ridiculous. Basically getting you in the door and then once you’ve wasted all day negotiating the price then you increase it knowing we won’t want to leave at that point. Honestly, a really xxxxty experience all around. I will NOT be returning to this dealer in the future. More
