My wife passed away and ever since then I just have been making bad decisions. I had a 2022 Jeep Wrangler 4 x E. I bought it brand new. For some reason, I had this idea that I should go to Honda and look at making bad decisions. I had a 2022 Jeep Wrangler 4 x E. I bought it brand new. For some reason, I had this idea that I should go to Honda and look at a Honda CVR. My credit took a shot when my wife died because I needed to focus on paying the mortgage. Long story short I left out with a Used 2023 Honda CVR. I immediately realize I made a mistake. What was I thinking? I tried to talk to the dealership, but they weren’t hearing it. The car salesman said you’re not xxxxxxxx and you’re not drunk. Your mind is in the right place when you bought this car. After my wife died, my mind has never been in the right spot. Home watching a movie, laughing and talking with my wife and she dies from heart failure in front of me out of nowhere. My mind is not in the right place and I do feel people take advantage of me when it comes to that. I called the finance company. They were willing to give me my jeep back since it had not yet set up an account for me. I expressed this to the Honda dealership, but they didn’t give a xxxx. I hate this Honda.CVR. The computer GPS cuts off on me all the time the screen just goes black or it freezes. Every time I get into the car, I have to reconnect my phone to its Bluetooth. The previous owner of the car had a dog in the car. There is so much dog hair in the car that it’s almost gross to be in it. I had it professionally clean something that Honda in my opinion should’ve done. I regret going there. I’ll never go there again and this will be the last Honda I own. I will say they gave me a good interest rate for the type of credit that I had. Like I said when my wife passed I took a hit because I didn’t pay for anything else. I just made sure my mortgage was paid because I needed a roof over my head. They act like they care and they your friends they’re not. After I called the finance company the dealership contacts me telling me that the finance company contacted them. I went back in and they said here are your two options either keep the contract you signed or will give you a new one, but will take all this extra stuff that you don’t need off. The finance guy added all this crap on there. So when they took it off it shortened my car note term from six years to five years. I’m not keeping this car five years. I’m gonna make a few payments on it and I’m traded off. I wish I had never gone into that place. I don’t know what I was thinking. I have nothing but regrets. I don’t know what made me go to that dealership and do that. Was one of the most dumbest things I’ve done in my life trading in a Jeep Wrangler with no issues for a crappy used Honda. I don’t understand where my mind was at. I’ll never purchase another Honda and I’ll for sure. Never purchase another car from this dealership. More
