When it came time to go over the paperwork and finalize everything, Eric made me feel completely confident and comfortable. He walked me through every step with patience, explained all the details clearly, and made sure I understood everything before signing. It’s rare to meet someone who takes the time to make sure you’re not just signing papers, but actually feeling good about your decision. His professionalism and positive energy really stood out and made the whole experience so much better. By the end, I felt totally assured in the car I chose and appreciated how easy Eric made the process. You can tell he genuinely cares about the customer’s experience.
