Had a 7:15 am appointment for oil change service rep did his thing and offered bunch of work and notified me about a recall. I told him that I had an 11am appointment and he told me that it shouldn’t be an his thing and offered bunch of work and notified me about a recall. At 9:50 I got notification that the tech was done but even with me telling the agent I needed to go the car took another 45 minutes to get to me. And what was infuriating was the service tech telling me I should come in Monday or Friday if I wanted to get out fast. I was furious and felt like I was lied to from the very beginning then insulted and made to miss my appointment because of slow xxxxty service. More

It was a good oil change to check all the items they should’ve just taken care of it that I had a bad situation with the rear right mirror where it was broken factory it’s manufacture defect and I had t should’ve just taken care of it that I had a bad situation with the rear right mirror where it was broken factory it’s manufacture defect and I had to pay over $600. Otherwise, it was fine not to satisfy with that Honda dealer because of the fact that they charge a 3% if you use a credit card where other dealers very few establishment do that.
