He referred me to the regular service/parts station across the street. I went across the street (~10:30 am)while my car was being serviced at the express station. I showed Bobby King the problem and he stated it could not be repaired and I needed a replacement (at approx. $145). I left the broken key with Bobby with the understanding that my car would be moved to his station as soon as oil change was completed so that they could FINISH the replacement key. At 11:18 I brought my car to the service/parts station. It was checked in and I was told it will just take a few min to finish. I waited till nearly 1:00 PM for the key. My two complaints. 1) Had I known that this would take nearly 2 hrs, I would have come back at a time more convenient. Instead I was continually told 'almost done' Key has been cut, technician just need to program it (a task I observed to take literally just 2 -3min). My key was not ready for at least 1 hr after I first heard that) 2). I am not at all convinced that the key could not be repaired. Somehow, the retaining screw had been lost, which allowed the key to torque in its case when turned in the ignition. I had pointed that out when I showed Bobby the key --- suggesting that a replacement screw might solution my problem. He stepped away, & returned moments later and said no. Wont work -- need a new key Frustrated by my experience, when I returned home, I found a suitable sized screw in an eyeglass repair kit. Easy to sit the key in the case & secure with screw. Drop of glue where the case cracked and it appears to be very serviceable. To crystalize my complaints. 1) There may have been a viable alternate solution that was NOT offered. I fully recognize the caveats that this solution may not last and a new key s the only certain long-term solutions 2) The infuriating part. A better job of communicating status & timing. I have been to the Express Service many times before. I can't say enough about the professionalism and friendliness of Rob Garcia! He greeted each and every customer as if he knew them for years... a real neighborhood feel! He was very knowledgeable about the product, convincing but not pushy on additional services ( I ended up getting my tires rotated as well) and addressed new customers arriving in a timely fashion. I spent many years in retail and recognize great customer service and wanted to recognize him for it! More

Recalls were done, more work was needed and still they delivered the car back to me on time, within the day. My CR-V is now safe and running well. It is 11 years old and I love it. Reliability and safety are of the utmost importance. The only reason I haven't traded in this car is because I don't like the style or look of the new CR-Vs. My car is the 3rd CR-V I've owned and I am keeping it, please go back to "station wagon" style SUV with a rear hatch that opens like a car door. More

(last time experience with sales was ok but had to deal with rude finance manager) I was interested in trade in of my old crv which I purchased from this dealership. I called them and scheduled an appointment , When I arrived at the dealership with my friend nobody was interested to help us out. When I asked a sales man for help , he asked if I am interested in the ongoing promotion otherwise I will be wasting his time. Wow! I know you may be busy but maintaining customer relation is what you do for living right?. After sometime the sales person who talked me over phone , came greeted me and I never saw him again. There was another salesperson who was courteous enough to let me do a test ride of the vehicle I was interested in, but showed no interest in helping us with purchase. I am not sure how this dealership gets so many positive reviews but I will never recommend this to a friend due to their arrogant attitude. More

Donald Martin offered to check immediately for safety purposes, and they discovered there was a rock lodged in an area of the car, which was causing the noises which I assumed were due to a faulty break. He is a great customer service and salesman representative! More

Dealer lost my valet key when I went to pick up new car and said they would send it to me. Never received. Jerome Austin said he would handle it.
