Talking to Rondell was like talking to an old friend that you could confide in and trust. The manager, Chris, was the same way. He was professional and super friendly at the same time. Both gentlemen listened to us and allowed us to express our needs rather than push us into something. My wife and I never felt pressured or rushed. They both are a class act.
