Honda of Toms River

We initially looked at leasing a vehicle at a dealership closer to home (Northern Monmouth County). When I spoke to my brother in law about our deal he recommended that we go see Carlos at Honda of Toms Riv closer to home (Northern Monmouth County). When I spoke to my brother in law about our deal he recommended that we go see Carlos at Honda of Toms River. After a phone call we had an appointment for this evening at 7. We had our new 2011 Odyssey in White by 8:00. I am writting this review on the way home. Excellent friendly service by courteous staff all around. Nader our sales person took care of us very promptly knowing we were in a hurry (we wanted to get home to see Game 3 of the ALCS). Overall an exceptional leasing experience. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a fast and easy lease. More

I was purchasing my first brand new car and had my heart set on a purple fit. They didn't have it but went above and beyond to get the car for me. Everyone else I dealt with there -- including Carlos Reis and Yasmin Watson --were extremely courteous and accommodating. A friend of mine bought a car a couple weeks ago from Toms River Honda.. She said her experience was like no other she ever had.. I then laughed and asked her how much did they get you for... I bought a Mitsubishi back in 2003 and got ripped off and treated like cattle.. In any event I wanted to get a new car and to see if she was telling the truth.. Let me start by saying not only was the sales guy (Brian Davidson) a great person to work with him and (Carlos) helped me get the lowest price for my new Honda Accord coupe.. From the minute I met these guys I knew I would be treated like a friend.. Thank you Brian and Carlos for helping me get into my new car.. I want to let everyone know about the great experience I had at Honda of Toms River. I had gone to 3 other Honda dealers in the area, and none of them treated me as well as I was treated at Honda of Toms R had at Honda of Toms River. I had gone to 3 other Honda dealers in the area, and none of them treated me as well as I was treated at Honda of Toms River. I was greated by my salesman, Doug, when I arrived with my husband. We told Doug what we wanted, and he sat us down and explained the various options we had. Not one other dealer did this for us. When we were ready to make the deal, the manager, Carlos, came over and greeted us, and said that because of our troubles at the other Honda dealers, he would take a few dollars off of our monthly price. When we got to finance, Yasmin answered all of our questions and got us out of there faster than any finance person we have dealt with in our 32 years of buying cars.
