I called for a maintenance appointment on Friday and was given an appointment the following Monday. That was timely! At the center Marcel gave me the quote for the service. He said it would take about two given an appointment the following Monday. That was timely! At the center Marcel gave me the quote for the service. He said it would take about two hours. I expected a wait so I came prepared ~ no problem. Afterwards I received a text message informing me that additional work should be done and a quote was given. I had the option to say no however I agreed with the recommendation. More

I scheduled service appointment online in late PM and it was available next morning. Advisor was very clear about waiting time and I was offered shuttle service to drop me home which I declined for my own was available next morning. Advisor was very clear about waiting time and I was offered shuttle service to drop me home which I declined for my own reason. However In the afternoon when service was completed shuttle service picked me from my home to dealership. Few days ago I went to Millennium Honda in Garden City with pre scheduled appointment just for diagnosis they asked me to wait. After five hours of waiting they told me they do not have mechanic available. I was pissed off. They ruined my day. More
