It turns out their online pricing is an illusion hidden behind stacked, unrealistic rebates that nobody actually qualifies for. To make matters worse, right before signing the contract, they forced a $1,100 "mandatory" LoJack add-on because it was already installed in the car. When it was all said and done, the final purchase price on the contract was $24,500 before tax—nearly $3,000 over what we agreed on—and the LoJack wasn't even itemized on the receipt. They just bundled their hidden fees into the final cost at the last second. Incredibly shady, deceptive business practices. Avoid this place. More
