I don’t usually write reviews, but this one felt deserved. Buying a car here went without the stress I’m used to. I bought a Grand Cherokee, and what stood out most wasn’t the coffee or the showroom deserved. Buying a car here went without the stress I’m used to. I bought a Grand Cherokee, and what stood out most wasn’t the coffee or the showroom, but just normal, respectful communication. No pressure, no clichés. The car was handed over clean and properly prepared, not rushed. I’ve driven it enough now to say I’m happy with the choice. More
I’m the type who researches everything, compares, then doubts it all again. Before coming here, I visited other places and it was always the same story, either no attention at all or way too pushy. Here i doubts it all again. Before coming here, I visited other places and it was always the same story, either no attention at all or way too pushy. Here it felt balanced. I looked at a Jeep Compass and a few used SUVs, and one of the consultants actually helped in a meaningful way, pointing out things like seating comfort, visibility, and how the car would handle winter. It felt like advice, not a sales pitch. More
I found a Jeep Compass on their website and really liked it. Called to confirm availability and it was still there. Came in the same day and it looked exactly like in the photos. You can tell they prepare their vehicles here: clean interior, polished body, no old car smell. To me, that shows the dealer takes their inventory seriously. interior, polished body, no old car smell. To me, that shows the dealer takes their inventory seriously. More
For me, the main test is simple: can I picture this car in my everyday life. Not on a perfect day, but when I’m running errands, loading bags, parking in tight spots. Picked up my car from service today and spent the entire drive home thinking about how patient and respectful the staff is. That kind of experience sticks with you. drive home thinking about how patient and respectful the staff is. That kind of experience sticks with you. More

The service department feels more like a solid, cozy workshop than a flashy dealership. Everyone clearly knows what they’re doing. I’m going on 2 weeks and my trade in isn’t paid off, my down payment check was cashed and the trade in is already listed on their website. Anytime I call and try talking to a manager they aren’t available down payment check was cashed and the trade in is already listed on their website. Anytime I call and try talking to a manager they aren’t available and the main receptionist gives me the run around and comes up with a story. I’ve emailed managers and they don’t reply or call you back. I gave them a monthly payment I was comfortable with they tried getting me to put down double of what I wanted to and my payment was still $350 more a month than I requested until I told them I was leaving. I took 4 times of the salesman giving me a price and playing their game of going to talk to a manger before they were with $10 of my requested payment(mind you they hadn’t even ran my credit or asked what my credit score was) More
