Tony and the rest of the team was able to answer our question, made us feel we were taken seriously and not just a number or just a sales. When we asked Tony a question about the cars on the lot, and if he didn't know the answer he was able to find them in a timely manner. Tony was very personable and was easy to work with. He was honest with us up front by stating he was new to the company and are of Charlottesville and was working his way up to becoming a manager at the location Which meant he was willing to do whatever it took to make sure we were satisfied with our purchase, this location closes at 7pm He stayed late to allow us to purchase our vehicle. This is a huge plus and is not commonly found in dealerships Thank you Tony and the whole team at Honey Car!
