Two hours later we drove away from the dealership in a used Subaru Impressa as a "straight across" trade according to the General Manager. After I got home, I discovered what I suspected, that it wasn't as "straight across" as the GM had implied. However, after two months without a vehicle in rural Virginia I was happy just to get out of the clutches of the HoneyCar horror maze. If there was a negative 5-star rating, they would exceed it by thousands of stars. DO NOT PATRONIZE HONEYCAR IF YOU ARE IN THE MARKET FOR A USED CAR. Caveat Emptor buyer beware. We can't count the number of lies and falsehoods that came out of the salesperson and the GM's mouth. Do not be afraid to make these people stand up to their promises. The car should have been ready after purchase. . So they ordered an uber for me to get home and the told me my cars ac was fixed and I returned to get my vehicle and once I drove it an hour away I cut it off and tried to go to the store not even 30 minutes after and it said oil pressure low then it started smoking and turned off. I haven’t driven the car two whole hours and this all happened from thurs to Saturday so I haven’t even driven the car . And now getting in touch with somebody to help me is like pulling teeth. I keep getting told somebody will contact me but they haven’t. I have called 4 different people and NOBOSY HAS RETURNED MY CALL OR TOLD ME ANYTHING ABOUT FIXING MY CAR. If I could give them negative starts I would because this is not good service at all I do not recommend anyone purchase or do business with them. More
